At Toppers Salon & Spa, your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We run on specific time slots allowing us to give each client our full attention and stay on schedule for our nexts guest. If you arrive late, please note that service changes may be made to accommodate to still fit within our allotted time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduling of your appointment at a future time. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide sufficient time to notify waiting guests of any openings, thereby maintaining a full schedule for our stylists.
